Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
At FitMunch, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our policy below.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Return / Replacement Policy
Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Returns or replacements will only be accepted in the following cases:
• The product received is damaged
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product packaging is tampered with during delivery
Due to the nature of food products, opened or consumed items cannot be returned.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product or complaint is verified and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
FitMunch reserves the right to reject refund or replacement requests if the product is found to be used or tampered with.
